This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of petitioner no.1 Mahadev Gawas on record. Mahadev has died on 01/09/2016 and this application is filed on 16/12/2016. However, petitioner no.2 Parvati Gawas, who is the widow of the petitioner no.1, is already on record. In such circumstances, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary incorporation shall be carried out within one week.
