This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of petitioner no.2 on record. Petitioner no.2 Ganpat @ Vinayak Naik has died on 08/08/2016 and this application is filed on 20/12/2016. However, petitioner no.1 Laxmi Naik, who is the mother of the deceased petitioner, is already on record. In such circumstances, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary incorporation shall be carried out within one week.
