It has been pointed out by the learned Counsel for the parties that the question involved in this petition has already been considered by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Yellappa Harijan vs. Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority, through its Member Secretary and 3 others (Writ Petition No.1063/2017) decided on 5th December, 2017.

2. In view of the aforesaid position, this petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order. The directions and the protection granted in the said matter shall apply with full force to

WP/42/2018 this petition also.
