This is an application for amendment of the cause title by showing respondent nos. 3(g) and 3(h) as 'deceased'.

2. It is submitted that the legal heirs of the respondent nos. 3(g) and 3(h) are already on record as respondent nos. 3(a) to 3(f).

3. In such circumstances and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary correction in respect of respondent nos. 3(g) and 3(h) in the cause title to be effected forthwith.

4. The civil application is disposed of.
