Heard Mr Swarop Anand appearing with Mr Ganesh Naik for the Petitioner.

After arguing the matter for some time, Mr Anand, based on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute a civil suit before the appropriate Court for redressal of the grievance raised in this petition. Leave is granted and this petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.

At the request of Mr Anand, we note that this petition was instituted 14th February 2024

902 WP-141-2024.DOC on 11.01.2024 and remained pending in this Court till date. We add that the Petitioners were bona fide pursuing the matter before this Court during this period.

We clarify that we have not gone into any rival contentions and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided in the civil suit, if the same is instituted by the Petitioner. 5.

The petition is disposed of with liberty as above without any order for costs.
