The petitioners are challenging the order dated 14/11/2018 and 10/12/2018 passed by the learned Administrative Tribunal, in Land Revenue Appeal No.44/2018.

2. By the order dated 14/11/2018, the Tribunal has refused to grant ad interim ex parte stay and has issued notice. By a subsequent order dated 10/12/2018, the application for stay is adjourned along with appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order passed by the Addl. Collector, which is

WP/74/2019 subject matter of challenge before the Tribunal, mutation has already been carried out. In such circumstances, it is difficult to see as to how the challenge to an order merely refusing ad interim ex parte stay and of keeping application along with appeal can be challenged. In any event, the mutation, if any, shall be subject to the outcome of the appeal before the Administrative Tribunal. The Administrative Tribunal is directed to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible. No case for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs.
