Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to avail of the statutory remedy before the learned NGT. He also submits that in the meantime interim protection be granted for a limited period of four weeks to avail of the statutory remedy.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection.

3. The execution and operation of the impugned order is stayed for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy before the learned NGT. It is clarified that in

WP/49/2019 the event the petition is filed before the learned NGT within two weeks, the same shall not be dismissed on the grounds of bar of limitation.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn.
