After having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant for sometime, motion for consideration for withdrawal of the Application is made. 2.

As prayed, Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

I am informed that already the evidence of four witnesses is recorded.

At this stage, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs that as the chargesheet depicted different offences by the different accused, a prayer for segregation for trial was made. After rejection of the said prayer, the matter is now sub judice before the learned Division Bench in STM Nos. 189 and 190 of 2000.

With the aforesaid background, it will be appropriate for the applicant to appear in the said STM Number before the Division Bench. Liberty to pursue prayer of expediting the trial.
