2. This is an application to withdrawn the above Writ Petition subject to leave to file a representation to the Director of Education in connection with the grievances in the petition. Hence, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. In case such representation is filed, the concerned authority shall examine the representation on its own merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law.
