On hearing the petitioner and respondent nos.1 and 3, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition as admittedly the petitioner's complaint is pending with respondent no.2, Village Panchayat. We direct respondent no.2 to dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within eight weeks. All contentions kept open, including rights of the petitioner to agitate such issues. The petition is disposed of accordingly, with liberty. No costs.
