2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the first respondent-Insurance Company before this Court. The First Appeal No.16 of 2011 filed by the Insurance company has been dismissed by this Court on 20.11.2018.

3. Shri Kantak, learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has not received any notice about the first respondent having approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the Judgment and Order of this Court. A statement to that effect is also made in the application.

4. In that view of the matter, the amount deposited before this Court shall be released in favour of the applicant alongwith interest, if any.
