The only prayer made by the petitioner through this petition is to direct the Superintendent of Colvale Jail to process the petitioner's application for parole as expeditiously as possible.

2. We find that the petitioner's application is pending since 02.08.2017. In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.1 to consider and decide the petitioner's application for parole as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than three weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this order.
