This writ petition seeks directions to the Commissioner of Excise to decide Excise Case bearing No. Exc/Sat/2017-18/17 dated 01.02.2018 and directions to the Respondents-Authorities to open house bearing No.83 of Advoi, Sattari Goa, which was sealed by the Authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the excise case has since been determined and the house has been desealed and possession has been made over to the Petitioner. Accordingly, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
