This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Half yearly Statement of account before this Court for the period from 1.10.2019 to 31.03.2020.

Paragraph 5 of the application reads as follows:- "5. That the Official Liquidator submits that there is a delay in filing of the Half-yearly Statement of Account beyond the time limit of 30/06/2020 as required under the provisions of Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules 1959. The delay in filing of accounts may kindly be condoned."

For the reasons stated in this application, the delay in filing Half yearly Statement is condoned and the Half yearly statement is 9th November 2023
