Learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that Misc. Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment to Writ Petition No. 474 of 2012. For the reasons recorded in the Misc. Civil Application, amendment to the writ petition is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment to Writ Petition no. 474 of 2012 as per schedule annexed to Misc. Civil Application.

2. Amendment to be carried out within one week and serve a copy thereof on the respondents. The respondents to file affidavit

MCA/95/2019 in reply to the amended copy of the petition with copy to be served on the petitioner. Rejoinder if any, to be filed and copy to be served on the respondents simultaneously.

3. Place the matter under the caption of directions on 08.04.2019 for fixing early date of hearing.
