Heard Mr. R. Desai, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General who appears along with Mr. S. P. Munj, learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondent No.1.

In pursuance of our earlier orders, the learned Advocate General today states that now the Rules for holding auctions are being framed and the same will be notified at an early date. He states that the notices for holding fresh auction in all probabilities will be issued latest by the first week of April, 2021.

We accept the aforesaid statement and based on the same dispose off this petition with directions to the Authorities to act accordingly.

The petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 5.
