2. Taking note of the direction sought in the main petition, we find it appropriate to permit the applicant to intervene in the above petition as the applicant is an association in connection with the

MCA/50/2015 matter under dispute in the petition. Hence, the application to the extent permitting the applicant to intervene as intervenor is allowed.
