This application for intervention has been filed by the Applicant who is alleged as an accused in respect of the crime which is subject matter of the writ petition instituted by the PetitionerComplainant. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that in view of certain directions as regards the flat in question, it is necessary to

The learned Counsel for the original Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not pressing the prayer clause (b) of the Petition which is in respect of the custody of the flat in question. The other prayers are regarding transfer of the investigation and certain disciplinary actions.

In view of the categorical statement made by the learned Counsel for the original Petitioner, it is not necessary to entertain the Criminal Misc. Application. The Criminal Misc. Application is accordingly disposed of.
