It appears that vide order dated 13.03.2020, it is observed by this Court that the applicant to pursue the application only after examination of the father of the victim girl and for that purpose the stay earlier granted is required to be vacated.

In view thereof, Mr. Vibhav Amonkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that it will take long time and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
