This is an application for condonation of 72 days delay in filing the revision. Revision is filed challenging the order framing charge by the Additional Sessions Judge Panaji. Condonation is opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor on the ground that no sufficient cause is show for such condonation. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay deserves to be condoned.
