This is an application for bringing the LRs of the deceased appellant no.8 on record.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicants states that the widow of the deceased appellant no.8 is already on record as appellant no.6 and, therefore, the appeal does not abate. It is submitted that the Vakalatnama for the proposed LRs is already filed.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondents has opposed the application on the ground that there is delay.

4. Considering the fact that the widow of the appellant no.8 is already on record and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.
