Heard Mr. S.D. Lotlikar, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. S. Dhargalkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. The above application seeks leave to amend the above Writ Petition to incorporate some subsequent events. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents opposes the said application.
3. As the petition has not been admitted and it is pointed out that averments sought to be incorporated in the petition are on account of
MCA/36/2016 subsequent events, we find that the petitioners are entitled for leave to amend the main petition. Hence, leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week. Amended copy of the petition to be served on the advocate appearing for the respondents. Respondents are entitled to file additional reply, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
