By this application, the applicant Girija Gajanan Gaonkar, prays for appointing her as guardian ad litem in respect of the applicant nos.5(b) and 5(c) who are minors. It is submitted that the applicant is a mother and natural guardian of said minors.

2. An affidavit is sworn by the applicant indicating that she has no adverse interest to the interest of applicant nos.5(b) and 5(c) in the subject matter.

3. As such, the application is granted. The applicant is appointed as guardian of respondent nos.5(b) and 5(c).
