2. It is stated on behalf of the sole respondent that the respondent is a senior citizen, about 74 years of age and therefore, a request is made to list the matter on pre-emptory basis.

3. However, registry is directed to give preference to the older matters of senior citizens and accordingly place the instant matter at the appropriate date.
