Heard Mr Bhobe, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr Padiyar who appears on private notice on behalf of the first Respondent.

2. Mr Padiyar based on the instructions from the Chief Officer states that the demolition order dated 23.02.2018 made by the Chief Officer of the Valpoi Municipal Council will be executed by the Chief Officer within 15 days from today and even a compliance report will be filed in this Court. The compliance report to be filed within four 6th February, 2024

WP 129 of 2024 weeks from today along with photographs. A copy of the compliance report to be furnished to the learned counsel for the Petitioner in advance.

3. The above statement is accepted and this petition is disposed of.
