Ms Parulekar seeks an adjournment. However, according to us, the Applicant is already protected by a limited interim relief that was pressed when we made the order dated 15.12.2020.

In any case, no further relief can be granted in this interim application. If the Petitioner wishes to press for any other reliefs, he would have to do so in the main petition or by filing any separate application for interim relief.

By our order dated 15.12.2020, we had directed the Respondents to activate the Petitioner's DIN on the condition that the DIN so activated could be used by the Petitioner only for making/reporting compliances under the CFSS and not for any other purpose. 5.

Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application No.28/2021 is disposed of with liberty in the above terms.
