This is a civil revision application challenging the order passed by the learned Deputy Registrar refusing registration of the second appeal for want of compliance with the office objections.

2. Looking to the fact that the registration of the second appeal was itself refused, there is no necessity to issue notice to the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the office objections were regarding non production of some old documents which are now traced. The learned counsel undertakes that the applicant shall clear the office objection within a period of one week. The statement is accepted. In such

CRA/2/2017 circumstances, the impugned order is hereby set aside. The office shall register the second appeal subject to the office objections being compiled with within a period of one week.
