After the petition was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to challenge the impugned order in an appeal under Section 22(1)(e) of the Goa School Education Act.

2. Without expressing any opinion as to the maintainability of the appeal, which is expressly kept open, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
