After this petition was instituted, Advocate for the Petitioner unfortunately expired. Accordingly, we adjourned the matter to see that the Petitioner makes an alternate arrangement. Finally, pursuant to our order, the registry issued notice to the Petitioner. This notice was duly served as per the endorsement dated 28.07.2022. On 14.09.2022, the matter was once again adjourned to grant the Petitioner an additional opportunity to make an alternate arrangement.

Today, when the matter is called out neither the Petitioner nor any Advocate on her behalf appeared in this matter. Accordingly, we are constrained to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. However, 2nd January 2023
