Perusal of record shows that notice was issued to the petitioner for engagement of counsel as the earlier counsel representing the petitioner expired during the pendency of the petition. The office note indicates that notice for engagement of counsel is duly served on the petitioner.

Today, neither counsel appointed by the petitioner nor the petitioner is present before this Court. So as to give one more last opportunity to the petitioner to take steps, stand over for 2 weeks.

Today, when the matter is called out the same position continues. Therefore, we presume that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this matter. This mater is dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

The Registry to intimate the copy of this order to the petitioner. If the petitioner is still interested in pursuing the matter it is open to him to apply for restoration.
