It was brought to the notice of the learned Advocate that this petition is filed by the Association of Tenants, which Association has no construction covered by the order of the Collector dated 22.11.2022. This Court, therefore, raised the issue of the locus standi of the Tenants Association in filing the present petition.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, on instructions of the Petitioner, learned Advocate seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Needless to state that any individual member of the Association, if affected by the order dated 22.11.2022, may file such proceedings, if available at law, to challenge the aforementioned order of the Collector.
