Heard learned counsel for the applicants/respondents. He submits that the respondent no.1 is a senior citizen and of late he is not keeping well. Therefore, he submits that the final hearing of the appeal be expedited.

2. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant does not have any objection if the final hearing is expedited.
