According to the learned Counsel for parties, seeking review of the order dated 22nd September 2017 passed by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) Annexure A-12, the petitioner had filed a review application on 10th October, 2017 (Annexure A-13). The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the review application has not been decided.

3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission and the stand taken by the learned Advocate General that the review petition will be decided in accordance with law, we dispose of

WP/77/2018 this petition by directing respondent No.2 to consider the review application and take an appropriate decision on it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Till such a decision is taken, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for removal of the structure in question.
