The above application is seeking an extension of time to deposit the compensation amount directed by order dated 29th July 2022 together with interest and other statutory benefits. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that there has been some delay in depositing the amount. They are now willing to deposit the same within a period of one week from today together with interest and other statutory benefits in terms of the order dated 29th July 2022.

Considering these facts and for the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the compensation amount with interest 31st January 2023
