The application is allowed to the extent of modification of condition no. (v) of the order dated 02.11.2020. The condition no. (v) is modified as under: The applicant is to attend the jurisdictional police station every alternate Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

The applicant is at liberty to move the Children's Court in exceptional circumstances for exemption of attending the police station.
