Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Reply has been filed by Respondent No.2 explaining the situation as to why the approval for load sanction of the electricity could not be granted earlier. The learned Advocate General states that the same will be granted with necessary conditions within six weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
