Heard the petitioner in person and Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

2. After hearing the matter for sometime, the learned Advocate General states that the concerned Department shall consider grant of ex post facto approval to the permission sought by the petitioner to proceed abroad. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General which is accepted, nothing survives in the above petition. The petition stands, accordingly, disposed off.
