Heard the learned counsel for the applicants in MCA No.24 of 2018, seeking impleadment in the Writ Petition.

2. On the consideration, the application is allowed.

3. The applicants in MCA No.24 of 2018 be impleaded by the petitioner as party respondents in the Writ Petition. Necessary amendment to be carried out within three days.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will add remaining two more directors as party respondents in the Writ Petition. He is permitted to do so. The petitioner is permitted to serve two newly added directors as respondents by humdast.

5. Steps to be taken by tomorrow.

6. Rule has already been granted in the petition.

7. The learned counsel for the applicants in MCA No.24 of 2018 submits that reply, if any, will be filed by the applicants by tomorrow.

8. The learned counsel for respondent nos. 6 to 9 has filed reply. Same is taken on record.

9. Place the matter for final hearing on 22nd January, 2018, high on board in the final hearing board.
