This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant on record. A request is also made to add the proposed legal representative nos. 1(e) and 1(f) as respondents, in as much as, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that they have failed to join the other legal representatives, while filing this application.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The proposed legal representative nos. 1(a) to 1(d), 1(g) and 1(h) be added as appellants, while leave is granted to add the

MCA/71/2018 legal representative nos. 1(e) and 1(f) as respondent nos. 6 and 7. Necessary addition/amendment to be carried out within one week.
