2. Vide order dated 3.11.2023, the Coordinate Bench directed the applicant to deposit decreetal amount. Ms. S. Linhares, submits that cheque of the decreetal amount is deposited with the Registry on the 9th of this Month. She submits that there was some delay which may be condoned.
