1. The Applicant filed CRIR No.14 of 2025 with an application for compounding the offence.

2. The Recovery Officer of Adarsh Co.Op. Credit Society Ltd. - Respondent No.1 is present in person.

3. The compounding application is signed by Respondent No.1, who has recorded no objection to dispose of the matter. The Respondent No.1 acknowledged full payment of the compensation. The amount of 15% of the compensation has been deposited as a penalty in terms of 24th June, 2025

CRIR 14 of 2025 the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Damodar S. Prabhu v/s. Sayed Babalal H.[2010(5) SC C 663).

4. Considering that the Respondent No.1 has no objection to the compounding of the matter, the Applicant shall be acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of the NI Act.

5. The CRIR No.14 of 2025 and Application for compounding of offence stands disposed of.
