2. This is an application for bringing the legal representative of the deceased appellant no.8(b) on record. Appellant no.8(b) has expired on 16/03/2015 and the present application is filed on 15/01/2018. However, the widow of the appellant no.8(b) is already on record as appellant no.8(a). In the Second Appeal, notices are yet to be issued.

3. For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment/ incorporation to be carried out
