This Court through its order, dated 13.8.2014, permitted the respondent "to withdraw the total amount deposited before the learned trial Court alongwith interest accrued therein, if any, upon 'his' furnishing such undertaking marked 'X' for identification".

2. Though the respondent has filed what is termed as indemnity-cum- undertaking earlier, it was not signed. To cure that defect, now the respondent has filed a fresh application duly signed, as seen from the record.

3. Registry will act on the respondent's application in tune with this Court's direction dated 13.8.2014.
