Ms. S. Kamat, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 points out that the sole Petitioner has expired.

Ms. Kamat also submits that the order impugned in this petition was questioned by way of revision petition before the Deputy Collector and such revision petition has also been dismissed.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of for non-prosecution particularly since there is no motion for bringing any legal representatives on record. This order will however, not preclude th July 2021
11-WP 49-20.DOC the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner from taking out any appropriate proceedings to challenge the impugned order or the order made in the revision, if they are so aggrieved and if they are so interested.
