It is informed that the respondent, Mr. Jitendra Deshprabhu, an accused in Special Case (Corruption) No.4/2019 has expired.

That being so, the present transfer application preferred under Section 407(2) of Cr.P.C. stands abated against the said accused. In view of above, the present transfer application stands disposed of.

Ad-interim order staying trial shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today.
