The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who is present before the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to take recourse to appropriate remedy under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme or any other remedy, if available in law.

2. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to mention that if, the petitioner has any such remedy, he would be at liberty to avail the same. However, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of any such remedy, if available. All contentions of the parties are left open.
