2. This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1(b). Ms Rane states that Respondent No.1(c) who is already on record as legal representative of Respondent No.1(b). Accordingly, she requests for leave to make necessary amendment to the cause title.

3. Misc. Civil Application No.89 of 2024 is allowed and leave is granted to amend the cause title. Ms Rane states that such an 1st March, 2024

MCA 89 of 2024 amendment will be carried out forthwith.
