2. This is an application for leave to amend the main petition to incorporate subsequent events.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to amend the petition as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Needless to state that the applicant shall furnish copy of the amended petition to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Additional reply, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter. Respondent, if so, advised is permitted to file additional affidavit in reply to the amended petition.
