This is an application for leave under Section 320(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to compound the offence punishable under Section 494 r/w Section 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Leave granted. The impugned order of conviction is set aside. The respondent stands acquitted of the charges. The application is allowed in terms of Section 320(2) and 320(3) IPC.

2. The application stands disposed off accordingly.

3. In view thereof, Criminal Writ Petition No.126 of 2015 also stands disposed off.
