1. Leave to amend to incorporate the name of Smt. Veronica Vas e Fernandes, whose name is stated in paragraph 1 of the application. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Vakalatnama on behalf of the wife incorporated as Petitioner No.1(a) (wife of the deceased Petitioner) would be filed within two days from today.

2. Mr Nigel Da Costa Frias produces a scanned copy of the Vakalatnama of the legal heirs i.e. Petitioner 1(b), 1(c) and 1(d), who are stated to be residing abroad. He submits that the original Vakalatnama is in transit and would be filed by 13th December 2024. Registry to accept the Vakalatnama when filed. 26th November, 2024

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The amendment to the cause to be carried out by incorporating the names of the LRs of the deceased sole Petitioner.
